* Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Cha Gio) and Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Chom)
* Japanese grilled chicken and spring onion in skewers (Yakitori)
* Stir-fried Prawns with Sweet Tamarind sauce
* Homemade Chinese dumplings with minced meat, tofu and vegetables with Dipping sauce
* Japanese Sushi making
* Green tea ice cream
* Mango & Lime Sour Cream
