A fun, hand-on & interactive day with demonstrations & a recipe pack to take home.
We will cook together & then eat together with a glass on wine!

* Japanese grilled chicken and spring onion in skewers (Yakitori)
* Stir-fried Prawns with Sweet Tamarind sauce
* Homemade Chinese dumplings with minced meat, tofu and vegetables with Dipping sauce
* Japanese Sushi making
