Originally from Tokyo, I have been living in Dorset for more than half of my life, sharing my passion of using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create nutritious and delicious oriental food.
Dorset has an abundance of quality, fresh ingredients full of good energy from local suppliers who care about their produce and the planet earth. This is inspiring for me and I have a deep appreciation and connection to the food.
From the connection to my local suppliers to the love and care that goes in to cooking, I love to share my passion for using all the ingredients for well being, good health, a happy gut and conscious living.
